Wellness initiatives

Wellness Initiatives Hub

Our broader wellness initiatives go far beyond supplement development and sales. We integrate wellness products, health education, eldercare and wellness standards, talent development, wellness management, and international resources into one complete ecosystem.

Active wellness lifestyle

Health education

We place health education at the core of our wellness system, covering product education, nutritionist guidance, advisor training, and international talent development in health management. Backed by Australian academic resources in health education and working alongside health-promotion, eldercare, and nursing institutions in China, we help build a more international and professional talent system.

Eldercare / wellness standards

During the pandemic, we supported eldercare institution standards development and talent-training material preparation for the governments of Guangdong and Hong Kong. Team members also served as experts on the Guangdong Domestic Service Standards Committee, contributed to materials such as Guangzhou's "Gold Standard Aged Care Institution" program, and bring hands-on operating experience from Hong Kong eldercare institutions.

Talent development

In line with the Healthy China 2030 plan, we work with partner institution XIMU Education to develop internationally aligned medical and care talent across eldercare, rehabilitation, and health management, with a focus on urgently needed professionals such as aged-care nurses, nutritionists, health managers, and health assessment specialists.

Health management services

JMM brings years of Australian experience in health, eldercare, and rehabilitation services from practice into systemized knowledge, connects organizations and individuals across Chinese and international health sectors, and helps cultivate and deliver globally qualified health-management talent for the China market.

Industry ecosystem

In Australia, we have built integrated industry-chain capability spanning cultivation bases, supplement manufacturing, regulatory registration, marketing, health education, and professional R&D teams. With traceable and verifiable quality logic, we turn health-management knowledge into long-term academic and educational resources that strengthen our products and services.

Digitalization and innovation

We use digital capability to elevate the brand experience, including VR presentations of Australia's natural resources and production processes, VR KAYAJ stores, and 360-degree panoramic experiences. We also apply these tools to remote health education and brand presentation, making health knowledge and product understanding more intuitive and efficient.

Strategic roadmap

From supply to brand

Our strategic direction is clear: move from supply capability toward brand capability. Guided by policy trends and targeted market needs, we strengthen communication around natural product attributes and safety standards, while using health education and professional service as long-term moats. We continue building KAYAJ into a wellness brand backed by international resources, while viewing China's supplement market growth, cross-border e-commerce expansion, younger consumers, and population aging as key long-term market drivers.
